Can Slim PYX tablets be reused?
Yes, Slim PYX frames can be reused indefinitely. They are unbreakable.
Can the adhesive pads be reused?
Those who are very meticulous when removing frames can reuse the adhesive pads. However, they will become less effective after several uses, and it's simpler to use new pads when you change photos. These pads are available for purchase on the website or in stores. [ Link to Slimpyx pads]
Where should the tablets be placed?
Carefully position the adhesive pad so that it straddles the photo/document and the frame.
To make removal easier, do not place the adhesive pad on the corner of the photo , but approximately 1 cm from the corner (see the photos and video instructions in our Instructions section).

How to remove or move Slim PYX frames ?
To move or remove the frames, carefully follow the instructions in the user manual.
In particular, once the frame is removed (follow the instructions), very gently pull laterally on the adhesive without tearing it to remove the photo from the wall.
How long will a Slim PYX stay attached?
If the installation procedure has been followed correctly, a Slim PYX can remain in place for many years. With its latest generation adhesive, there's no reason for it to come loose on its own.
Is the adhesive sensitive to heat?
The adhesive is relatively insensitive to normal ambient temperatures. We even tested mounting frames on central heating radiators with water heating, and the frame didn't budge.
Can it be displayed double-sided?
Displaying on a window, front and back, is very easy. Simply place the image(s) between two Slim PYX frames , stick the two frames together using the provided adhesive pads (with the pad covering both the frame and the image, graphic, drawing, etc.), and then stick everything to the window using the transparent pads.
Can Slim PYX be used in humid environments?
The adhesive and Slim PYX frames are highly moisture-resistant. Just make sure your image isn't susceptible to moisture damage. For example, a photo (on photo paper) can be displayed perfectly well in a bathroom.
Is Slim PYX suitable for children, or for a baby's room?
Slim PYX is perfectly suited for a child's bedroom. The frame is shatterproof, and with its rounded edges, there's no risk of cuts like with glass. From age 7, children can use it independently once the instructions have been explained. Unlike glass frames, this product is also perfectly suited for a baby's room. Is there a risk of damaging the wall with Slim PYX ?
If you follow the instructions, you won't damage your walls. Read the instructions carefully and watch the video on the website before hanging and removing your frames. [link to instructions]
If you have any doubt about the condition of the surface on which you want to place a Slim PYX (peeling paint, fragile paint, wallpaper, etc.), do not use Slim PYX or test it first on an inconspicuous area.
I want to practice gluing and moving Slim PYX . How do I do that?
You want to try Slim PYX . The easiest way is to stick it to a tile. You can reuse the pads, which won't fill with micro-particles of paint. However, they will be less effective. So only use a few pads for your tests.
On what surfaces can Slim PYX be used ?
You can apply Slim PYX to a wide variety of surfaces and substrates: painted walls, woodwork, glass, tiles, metal, laminates, doors, furniture, refrigerators, partitions, and display cases. The surface must be smooth, clean, solid, hard, dust-free, and grease-free .

I broke the pellet when I pulled on it. What should I do?
Try to grasp even the tiniest bit that's sticking out and pull it gently. If the adhesive strip is completely inaccessible, you'll need a utility knife with a fairly long blade. Slide the blade into the space between the photo and the wall, keeping the blade flat, and slice the strip in half. Once the photo is removed, gently pull the adhesive strip away from the wall. There will be no residue. This operation should only be performed by adults.
