DELIVERY & RETURN
Orders placed between 12/22/2023 and 1/1/2024 will be shipped after 2/1/2024.
We pack your items with the utmost care and ship them as quickly as possible. SlimPYX is committed to same day or next day delivery on all orders placed before 12:00 pm (Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays).
The normal delivery time by Colissimo or by letter is 48 business hours for metropolitan France. SlimPyx products are delivered worldwide.
Delivery times for foreign countries range from 4 to 8 days depending on the destination.
Shipments are done by La Poste, by Colissimo, by registered mail, or by carrier.
For small packages, the frames will be deposited in your mailbox.
For bigger packages, if you are absent, you will be notified that a delivery was attempted.
You will then get information on the post office where you can pick up your package.
For the convenience of the recipient, some packages not requiring a signature can be given to a neighbor. In this case, a notice of delivery will be left in your mailbox with the details of the neighbor who received the package. For an optimal delivery, we recommend you use your place of work as the delivery address.
When a delivery is made by the carrier GLS, you will be notified by email or SMS and will be able to adjust the delivery date and/or modify the delivery address.
Tracking your order
You will be able to track your package directly from the "My Account" section.
Once your order is validated, you will receive an email with the tracking number, which will allow you to follow the progress of your delivery.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.
We recommend you place all your purchases in one order to benefit from our best shipping deals. We offer free shipping on all orders over 50€ for deliveries within France.
Returns & Exchanges
You have a period of 7 days from the date of receipt of the package to exercise your right of withdrawal, article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code. This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, except for shipping costs.
You can then ask either for an exchange for a different color, model, or format, or you can request a return.
In both cases, the product will be returned at your expense. The product must be in new condition, have all its components, and be returned in its original packaging with the receipt.
Please keep the proof of your shipment.
After verifying the condition of the returned product, we will provide you with either an exchange – within the limits of available stock – or a refund to the credit card you used, excluding shipping costs, within 7 days or less after we receive the products.
